Added assignments to the rest of the lessons

I've added assignments to all of the lessons and added a lesson for the last section of chapter three. Now you can submit homework for all of the sections through the end of chapter three. The homework assignments are all about 10 problems long, but some sections have more reading than others.

At this point, the exact deadlines aren't needed anymore. The class is designed to complete one lesson per week, so whenever you start the class, you should ideally be able to finish it in 13 weeks. If you haven't kept pace though, this class will still always be around to pick up where you left off.
