Is there someone running this class?

Not really. duallain initially got the ball rolling getting things organized, then I took over form him and then the guy who runs CuriousReef (kday) finished adding 'lessons' when I got too busy and stopped following the class. But that's all just getting course materials online. You can take the class at whatever pace you want. You can even drop it and come back a year later.

Who will check our homework assignments and grade us

Other students participating can comment on your homework if they feel like it. To encourage other people to check out your work, you should comment on theirs. You grade yourself.
