Lesson 4: Diving into VimFirst, tying up some loose ends: Assignments 3 and 4 in the "Exploratory Launch" lesson are example explorations. If you haven't yet completed them, please go back and do so. They're pretty straightforward and you'll need the skills you learn from them to succeed with these more advanced assignments. In Assignment 5 of lesson 3, students have the opportunity to identify areas of interest for us to explore. So, if you haven't already, please take a look at the code base, and then post an area of interest here so we can develop corresponding exploration assignments Exploratory Assignments - let the fun begin! This lesson's assignments are coming directly from the feedback I'm receiving here. To keep things simple and give credit where it's deserved, I'm naming the various assignments based on the name of the student who recommended them. Pick and Choose - you don't have to complete these in numerical order. Review them, and dive into whichever one captures your interest.HOMEWORK: For the remainder of these assignments you are urged to share what you learn by submitting homework posts for the various assignments. REDUNDANT INFORMATION: Please try to avoid posting redundant information. If another student has already posted the same information, there's no need to post it twice. SCORING: +100,000,000,000 points for informative "progress report" style homework submissions, even if you've not yet completed the entire assignment. You can always add more info later via the "comments" mechanism. Assignments
